Karen G. Kissinger,
Vice President, Controller and Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. Kissinger joined TEP as Vice President and Controller in January 1991. She was named Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of UniSource Energy in January 1998. In November 1998, Ms. Kissinger was also named Chief Information Officer of TEP. Prior to joining TEP, she was a Manager with Deloitte & Touche from 1986 through 1989 and a Senior Manager through 1990.
