How may I obtain information about my account?

If you are a registered shareholder and have questions about your UniSource Energy shares/account, contact The Bank of New York electronically, by phone, or by mail:

• You may obtain information and perform some account transactions through the bank?s website at www.stockbny.com.
• You may obtain information about your account by calling 1-866-537-8709.
• You may obtain information about your account by e-mail at Shareowner-svcs@bankofny.com.
• You may also obtain information about your account by writing to The Bank of New York.

How may I change the mailing address used for my account?

The easiest way to change your address is by completing the change of address line on your dividend check. Your cancelled check will be routed to a data entry center who will affect the change.

You may also request a change of address by completing the back of the tear-off stub that appears on your Direct Stock Purchase / Dividend Reinvestment Statement and return it to The Bank of New York using the enclosed postage-paid business reply envelope.

You may change your address through the transfer agent's website at www.stockbny.com.

You may notify The Bank of New York of an address change by calling 1-866-537-8709.

You may notify The Bank of New York of an address change by e-mail at Shareowner-svcs@bankofny.com.
